Day-Of Coordination

+ Q: Is Day-Of Coordination for me?

Day-of Coordination is for the bride who:

  • Has the time and vision to plan her own wedding day
  • Already has a clear budget
  • Just needs someone to come in at the end and create the timeline and direct the rehearsal and wedding day

+ Q: What is a day of coordinator?

Are you having visions of the person at the back of the wedding chapel guiding each bridesmaid out during the ceremony? That is part of a day-of coordinator’s job, but there is so much more to it than that. My goal for day-of coordination is to take every potential stressor off of you so that you can relax and enjoy your day. It’s my job to carry out all the plans you made during those months of planning.

+ Q: How does it work?

We will begin chatting well before your wedding day to talk specifics so that I can begin creating your detailed day-of timeline. I use this to keep the day on track and to manage vendor timing. As we chat about your day, I make notes of any potential issues so that I can prepare for them. When I am making notes and creating your timeline, the detail-oriented first-born in me comes alive and I won’t rest until we get it just right. Your point person for the day is me.

+ Q: Can you help select vendors and guide me through the planning process?

Yes! For that, you are looking for partial planning or full wedding planning services. Click here for more info on those services.
